We're on the lookout for top talent to join our team as a Supplier Auditor in Ireland!We're looking for:Technical Background: Your technical expertise will be invaluable for evaluating supplier processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.HACCP/BRC/ISO Experience: You should be well-versed in these quality management systems and capable of implementing them effectively within supplier operations.Auditing Experience: Previous experience in auditing, including internal and external audits, is essential for success in this role.Supplier Collaboration: Strong communication and relationship-building skills are key as you work closely with our suppliers to ensure that their products meet our quality standards.Product Range Exposure: Our suppliers produce a wide range of products, and we need someone who has experience working with diverse product ranges.

Location: County KildareWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (with flexibility required - 1 day WFH)Key Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer support, ensuring satisfaction and resolving queries promptly.Manage stock levels effectively, from planning to monitoring and maintenance.Coordinate product launches, delists, and promotions across departments.Handle stock allocation and logistics, including transport bookings.Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of efficiency.Requirements:Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP software, particularly Business Central, is preferred.Knowledge of customer clearance, certification, and International Trade Compliance is advantageous.A proactive and logical approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
