    Location: County KildareWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (with flexibility required - 1 day WFH)Key Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer support, ensuring satisfaction and resolving queries promptly.Manage stock levels effectively, from planning to monitoring and maintenance.Coordinate product launches, delists, and promotions across departments.Handle stock allocation and logistics, including transport bookings.Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of efficiency.Requirements:Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP software, particularly Business Central, is preferred.Knowledge of customer clearance, certification, and International Trade Compliance is advantageous.A proactive and logical approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
