The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in total rewards or payroll, preferably within the FMCG sector. You must excel in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, be highly organised, methodical, and able to work independently while managing priorities effectively. Financial modelling, budgeting experience, and strong Excel skills are essential, along with a working knowledge of regulations around benefits and pay.
